Cincinnati Masters : Federer storms into finals; beats Raonic in straight sets

Roger Federer beat Milos Raonic 6-2 6-3 in the Cincinnati Masters semi-final to set up a final  clash with Spaniard David Ferrer. 
Earlier, Federer sealed a place in the semi-final after defeating Andy Murray in straight sets on Friday. The Swiss star defeated his quarter-final opponent 6-3, 7-5 to set up a clash against Raonic on Saturday.
The 33-year-old had to fight hard to win the first two matches as both of them ended in three sets. However, his performance against Murray has made Federer firm favourite to make it to the final.
Raonic progressed to the last four of the competition after defeating Fabio Fognini comfortably on Friday. The matched finished in no time as the Canadian lost only a point, winning 6-1, 6-0.
